Our Vineyard

Our vineyard is tiny! A mere 3 acres dedicated to Shiraz. But great things come in small packages....it's size allowing us to pay attention to the tiniest of details.

Our vines our vertically shoot positioned (VSP), spur pruned and drip irrigated with  yield restricted to a misely 1 tonne per acre.

Compared to the poor vintage of 2009, Vintage 2010 was a great success with over 4 tonne from our 3 acres of Shiraz picked on the 10th April.
