This dry styled Rose was made from Shiraz grapes, by a centuries old technique called Saignee where immediately after crushing, juice is 'bled' off the skins. This juice is then fermented in neutral oak barrels to produce a dry, fresh, food friendly wine perfect for summer picnics or the beach!
